Winners pick up awards for providing Guernsey's best customer service

Winners and nominees pack the OGH for the 2025 Norman Piette Customer Service Awards.

Island FM listeners nominated both people and organisations in the Bailiwick that, in their experience, go above and above to deliver exceptional customer service.

Entries flooded in, and a panel judged the nominees.

The awards evening took place last night (13 November) at the Old Government House Hotel.

There were 14 separate categories covering areas from public service to health and fitness, charity to leadership.

Although there was no overall winner, the St Martin's based hardware store Valpy's won the Outstanding Team Award while Shireena Fallaize from Creasey's was given the Outstanding Individual Award.

The Customer Service Awards were hosted by Island FM's Carl Ward
