A new charity has been set up to help transgender, non-binary, and gender-non-conforming islanders access clothes and accessories that boost confidence and happiness.
The Guernsey Trans Aid Network has officially launched.
The charity will use donations to purchase items for locals who want to dress to better express their gender identity, but cannot afford to do so.
Chairperson Patrizia Kaye says the items requested could make a huge difference to someone's life or mood.
"It could be as simple as a new top that someone can not afford, a skirt, makeup, a binder, anything that will change someones appearence to better fit their internal image of themselves.
"Personally, we have friends in the community who struggle financially with things like this, and rather than helping one person because we happened to know them, we thought we'd set something up help anyone."
There is a form on the charity website where individuals can request items.
