Artur Sevash-Zade and Lewis Carr will face trial after denying the manslaughter of three fishermen.
The Ukrainian national, 34, and his co-accused from Whitby, 29, were also given an additional charge in the Royal Court on 15 November 2024.
The statutory offence concerns the endangering of ships, structures and individuals.
Both defendants pleaded not guilty.

Advocate Preston will represent Mr Sevash-Zade, whilst Advocate Thomas will represent Mr Carr.
The four-week trial in the Royal Court will begin on 1 September 2025, almost three years after Michael Michieli and his crew lost their lives.
