The organisers of the Guernsey Customer Service Awards, organised by Island FM, say they are delighted to welcome Norman Piette as the headline sponsors for the 2025 event.
Recognising exceptional customer service across the bailiwick, the awards give islanders the opportunity to nominate the individuals and businesses who go above and beyond. From retail assistants to hospitality staff, care workers to call centre teams, the event shines a spotlight on those who make a real difference in everyday life.
This year’s ceremony takes place at the Old Government House Hotel in St Peter Port on 13 November.
Nominations are now open in a variety of categories, and organisers are encouraging customers to take a few moments to recognise the service that has impressed them most.
John Bampkin, Group CEO for Norman Piette said, ““Good customer service isn’t just about transactions - it’s about relationships.
“Across our business in The Bailiwick of Guernsey, we know that strong service builds trust and loyalty, which is why we’re proud to support the Channel Islands Customer Service Awards and help shine a light on those getting it right.”
Event organiser Sandy Moretta added, “We’re thrilled to have Norman Piette on board.
“Their support helps us continue to recognise the unsung heroes of our islands.”
Islanders can submit their nominations now via the Customer Service Awards website.
