An Apple TV show is giving viewers a look at the inner workings and inspirations of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Guernsey.
Knife Edge is a docuseries showcasing what it takes for chefs to earn or retain a Michelin star.
Guernsey’s own Vraic features in the second season of the Apple TV show, which is produced by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.
Film crews spent three months at the seaside restaurant, something head chef Nathan Davies says added an extra challenge to the day-to-day operation.
In a promotional video for the series, Chef Ramsay said he’d like to visit the island and try Vraic’s tasting menu - something which thrilled Nathan.
"We're very, very lucky that we've had lots of brilliant chefs, lots of Michelin-starred or multi-Michelin-starred chefs coming over in the last 12 months or so.
"It's nice to be associated with people that are doing good stuff. It just feels a little bit like all the hard work is starting to pay off.
"We're very lucky that we've got a lot of attention on the restaurant at the moment.
"I mean, you know, he (Gordon Ramsey) is the biggest person in the industry, so if he's saying about coming over, then that's huge."
