Data puts Guernsey 4th and Jersey 13th based on the money spent per 10,000 of the population.
Only Fans began as a way to connect with famous people but the subscription site quickly became popular with adult content creators.
The figures for spend are compiled by the World Population Review which uses trusted sources like the World Bank and the UN for its statistics.
It takes figures and converts them into an easy to read, visual format and for Only Fans data Guernsey rates fourth in the table.
The spend, per 10,000 people is calculated at just under $84,000. Top of the table is Finland with a spend of $127,000.
The Isle of Man and the UK are just behind Guernsey, while Jersey sits 13th in the list with a spend per 10,000 of $63,500. That is roughly half a million pounds in 2025, based on approximately 105,000 residents.
Because of its content, Only Fans is not permitted in certain countries, Saudi Arabia for example, alongside many Muslim countries. The vast land mass of Russia is also missing from the list.
Eritrea in north east Africa scores lowest at $20 per 10,000 people.
