Rent prices slow but are still up 34% over five years.
States figures show a 0.8% increase in the average selling price of a local market property in Guernsey in the second quarter of 2026.
Longer term, prices have risen by around 20.4% since 2021.
An average local market rental property now costs more than £2,100 per month. This is 1.5% less than the last quarter, but an increase of 34.2% over five years.
On the open market, the average selling price is just below £2M - £760,500 more than in 2021.
