A floral tribute to the King's Coronation has been unveiled on King Street.
The display has been put together by the Bailiff's Chambers and the Battle of Flowers.
It is on show in the window of De Gruchy and features the Bailiff's own invitation to the crowning of King Charles in London on 6 May.
Sir Tim Le Cocq said he wanted as many people as possible to be able to see the unique nature and detail of the invitation.
The team that produced the tribute worked on separate elements of it, and saw it brought together for the first time this morning (27 April).
Volunteers Jane Reub and Jean Roche (pictured below) spent hours and hours sticking harestails to the shield:
"It's a relief (to see it finished) and the three pieces look amazing together.
It's really good to showcase the talents that there are in this island involved in the Battle of Flowers. The youngest volunteer is a girl from the Optimists Club who is ten years old, and the oldest person who has worked on it is a lady called Maureen who is 90.
It is quite a privilege in a way to do something for the Coronation, because for some of us it is the first Coronation of our lifetime, so it's quite exciting!"
