Jersey War Tunnels has undergone significant improvements before inviting visitors back this spring.
Workers at the tunnels have been busy this closed season, cleaning 500 metres of the historic landmark, the Visitor Centre's roof and the War Walk.
Reviews have also been done on the 29.5-acre underground hospital complex in St Lawrence, including unfinished sections.
Jersey War Tunnels says the structural integrity and concrete of the German Occupation-era tunnels are in great condition.
The team have also checked the network for bat nests, although they did not find any of our nocturnal friends making the tunnels their home this year.
They have, however, added a few extra 'characters' for visitors to spot when exploring in the peak season.
In addition, the customer cafe, terrace, and garden area have been repaired, and the car park has been repainted.
