Havre des Pas and Green Street could be made one way as part of plans to improve the area.
Proposals for cutting traffic and creating a more 'village' feel go on show later this month.
The Parish of St Helier appointed consultants last spring to come up with ways of making the historic seafront better for residents and visitors.
"Proposals include making Havre des Pas and Green Street one way to reduce traffic and allow improvements to be made to the public realm, together with a series of possible development opportunities to attract more visitors and help restore the vitality and vibrancy of the area. The plans are going on show at the Ommaroo Hotel from Thursday 21st February for one week, before moving to the Town Hall until Wednesday 27th March.
