The average price of a three bedroom home in Jersey has reached £808,000
They have increased again in the latest quarter, along with the value of one bedroom flats, which have reached a record £325,000.
Another £10,000 has been added to the average cost of getting on to Jersey's property ladder in the three months to the end of September.
Three bedroom homes are also the most expensive they have ever been, having rocketed by almost £100,000 since the spring.
Prices remain 18% higher than a year ago.

Overall, the average paid for property was £634,000
That is compared to £510,000 in London, and £279,000 for England.
Mean prices by size in Q3 2021 compared with the previous quarter:
1 bedroom flat - £325,000, up £10,000
2 bedroom flat - £491,000, down £3,000
2 bedroom house - £550,000, down £16,000
3 bedroom house - £808,000, up £2,000
4 bedroom house - £1,220,000, down £57,000.
