A young person has been arrested after a police officer was assaulted whilst making an arrest on King Street this afternoon.
The juvenile is in custody after being arrested on suspicion of assaulting police, resisting arrest and breach of bail conditions.
Jersey Police say the officer didn't require any medical attention.
