Police are appealing for witnesses after a dog was injured by a car just past Motor Mall.
The incident happened around 6pm on Wednesday 9 November on La Fredee Lane, just off La Grande Route de St Jean.
The five month old black 'Golden-Doodle' was being walked when she got spooked and ran off into the main road.
She was hit by a car travelling southbound.
The driver failed to stop after hitting the dog.
The pup was taken to the vet and is being treated for some broken bones.
Officers now want to speak to the driver of the car or any witnesses who saw the collision.
