Unemployment in Guernsey is at its lowest level in more than 14 years.
The total number of people out of work fell to 239 at the end of August,.
That is six fewer than the previous month and 158 fewer than a year earlier.
It is the lowest level of unemployment since June 2008.
Currently, 99.2% of the working population is in employment.
The States of Guernsey says training schemes and placements run through the Job Centre have contributed to the improving jobless numbers.
At the end the summer, 46 islanders were on schemes such as Work to Benefit, Kickstart and placements within the third sector.
467 jobs were being advertised in the Job Centre last month.
286 people in work were claiming extra financial support. That is reduction of 12 on July.
