The findings of a public survey will be used to decide what future qualifications should be offered to adults at The Guernsey Institute.
The short survey, which takes about 5 minutes, asks questions to find out what barriers exist to future study or retraining for over 19s.
It is aimed at those who don't have a Level 3 qualification, such as an A Level, an advanced apprenticeship, or a Level 3 BTEC diploma.
It is also open to those who may not have GCSEs or O Levels (or equivalent), as well as anyone considering further study in the future.
The responses will shape what the Guernsey Institute offers adult learners.
It says it is also working with employers to understand the island's skills gap.
Chris Roughsedge is Project Lead for the programme:
“To make adult learning genuinely accessible, we first need to understand the barriers people face. They could be confidence, cost, time, caring responsibilities, transport, uncertainty about where to start… or a combination.
"Responses will help inform the development of free Level 3 qualifications for adults in Guernsey, ensuring future provision reflects the real needs and experiences of islanders.”
Everyone who completes the survey can choose to enter a prize draw to win a £100 voucher. The closing date for the survey is Monday 29 June.
