The former Canvas nightclub is being refitted as a modern entertainment venue.
Two Guernsey hospitality specialists, The Little Big Hotel Group and The Cornerstone Group, have teamed up to launch 'Players'.
The St Peter Port venue will feature several "social gaming experiences", including augmented reality darts, Neon Bowling, a mini-golf experience, and Neoshuffle (a modern take on shuffleboard).
Players will also have a licensed bar, offer food and have several large HD TVs throughout showing sports.
Co-founder of Players and Managing Director of The Little Big Hotel Group, Charlie Walker, says they're filling a gap in Guernsey's market.
“Players is about bringing people together through great hospitality and shared experiences.
"We saw an opportunity to create something genuinely different - a venue where guests can engage in fun, friendly competition in a relaxed environment.”
Co-founder of Players and Founder of The Cornerstone Group, Marvin Odillard, says they want people to have fun.
“There’s a growing appetite for experience-led hospitality, but we felt there was room to raise the bar.
"Players has been designed to deliver memorable moments, whether you’re meeting friends, entertaining clients, celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a great night out.”
The venue is expected to open "in the coming weeks", with an online booking system.
