A young man has been rescued from the cliffs near Icart cliff path in St Martins.
The 19 year old fell down the cliffs at Icart Point while walking with a friend.
The Joint Emergency Services Control Centre coordinated the rescue.
Guernsey Police, St John Emergency Ambulance Service, Guernsey Fire & Rescue Service and Guernsey Coastguard all responded to the call out just before 4pm on Tuesday (16 March).
Both the All Weather and Inshore lifeboats were launched.
The man was recovered by the lifeboat crew and taken St Peter Port Harbour. He was transferred to the Princess Elizabeth Hospital.
