Islanders are being invited to take part in the Big Channel Islands Beach Clean.
People in Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark are being encouraged to help with the clean-up.
Each island has a number of beach cleaning activities planned across the weekend.

Islanders can also independently clean a beach of their choice.
Those who choose to do so are being asked to log their findings by making a note of the date and name of the beach cleaned, any interesting finds, how many people participated, the weight of what was collected in kg, and a photograph of the haul.
Organisers say they want to ensure our beaches are a safer and cleaner place for all users.
