Two islanders have been named in the Queen's Birthday Honours List.
Katie Le Quesne has been made an MBE for services to the community.
She is chair of the Jersey Funders Group which was set up to ensure a joined-up approach to support the third sector. She also chaired the Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands, which in 2020 passed the £20 million mark in donations to local organisations.
Her Majesty has also awarded an British Empire Medal to Brian Follain for services to amateur boxing.
That extends to more than 65 years with the Leonis club mentoring and inspiring islanders in the sport and refereeing countless fights.
