Hashbrown and Dauphinoise’s half-sister has finally got a name.
The winning name is...
Waffle.
It was the most popular from a shortlist of Tots, Hasselback, Gnocchi, and Chip on the Jersey Zoo social media channels.
Waffle continues the potato product theme, complementing nicely the monikers of half-siblings Hashbrown and Dauphinoise.
They were born to mum Tayto and dad Tango at Jersey Zoo last month. Waffle is the offspring of Tango and the other adult female Tatti.

The trio are among a clutch of recent new arrivals at the Trinity wildlife park, with two red pandas also proving popular with visitors.
