Two commercial units in the Horizon complex on Jersey's Waterfront have been sold to the daughter of Sarah Ransom.
Lily-Rose Fenn is planning on turning the commercial spaces into food and beverage outlets and continue in the family trade.
Her mother, Sarah Ransom, owns Ransom's Tearoom in St Martin.
The businesses will be on the ground floor of the Horizon development, beneath 280 newly-build apartments.
One unit in what's planned to be 'Horizon East' is earmarked to be a 'relaxed, casual eatery', with bakes and cakes which will be available to eat-in or takeaway.

The other unit in 'Horizon West', will be an all day alfresco diner and bar.
Lily-Rose Fenn said she's excited to get stuck-in to her new business venture:
"I am thrilled to announce the establishment at the Horizon Waterfront.
"I plan to celebrate my island roots, whilst also bringing fresh ideas – inspired by my travels and time spent working in hospitality in London.
"I can’t wait to welcome our community.”
The first unit is expected to open by the end of 2024.
