Four mums who are rowing the Atlantic have reached the halfway point of their 3000-mile journey.
Alison Smithurst, Rosemary Satchwell, Helene Monpetit and Julie Brady set off from the Canary Island of La Gomera on 12 December.
The foursome are attempting to become the oldest women to row any ocean.
Their team name, Intrepid 232 is inspired by their combined ages.
The ladies have less than 1,300 miles left and are currently in 24th place.
