Police are investigating an alleged assault on a man by a group of youths at Jersey's bus station.
The victim was on the floor when another man intervened and was spat at by members of the group.
He was also punched in the face by one of the boys when he attempted to run after them, and lost a front tooth crown.
Officers are trying to trace the first victim, and want to speak to anyone who saw what happened at stand G of Liberation Station at around 7pm last Friday night, 30 October.
The group of youths are described as all boys in dark clothing and the main instigator was described as 6' tall with a mop of curly hair.
