A 25-year-old man has been arrested after a woman was allegedly assaulted near the Kiosk at Bel Royal.
Police are looking for anyone who saw the pair - who are both in their 20s and knew each other - fighting in the area at around 3:30pm on Sunday 13 March.
Officers were called out to deal with reports of an argument, where the man is alleged to have assaulted the woman and left before the Police arrived.
He was detained a short time later and released on bail.
Anyone with information is asked to call Jersey Police on 01534 612612 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
