Lewis Carr (29) and Artur Sevash-Zade, (34) have each pleaded not guilty to three manslaughter charges in connection with the deaths of three fishermen in 2022.
The pair appeared before Jersey's Royal Court and will reappear on 15 November 2024.
Both men have been remanded on conditional bail.
Lewis Carr, from Whitley Bay, will return to the UK, and, Ukrainian national, Arthur Sevash-Zade will remain in Jersey.
Michael Michieli, Larry Simyunn and Jervis Baligat died at sea when their fishing trawler collided with the Commodore Goodwill freight ship in the early hours of 8 December 2022.
Police said, in July 2024, no further arrests are planned for Operation Nectar.
