Jersey's Chief Minister has met UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer at the Labour Party conference.
Lyndon Farnham was in Liverpool with External Relations Minister Ian Gorst to attend the conference and meet top UK politicians.
Jersey's government says the trip was to 'promote the island's interest' and 'strengthen ties with the new UK Government'.
Deputy Farnham was pictured shaking hands with Sir Keir.
He also met the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Rachel Reeves and Secretary of State for Business and Trade, Jonathan Reynolds,
The government says the Jersey ministers also met senior European ambassadors to the UK, inlcuding those from France, Germany and Spain to 'develop the islands diplomatic relations'.
