Statistics Jersey says full-time employees in the island on average earn £1,040 per week, an increase of 4.5% on last year.
That works out as an average yearly pay check of £54,080.
After adjusting for inflation, earnings have risen by 1.9% in real terms (adjusted for inflation).
Breakdown of average income per week by sector
Agriculture and fishing saw the largest nominal (non-adjusted) increase of 13.4%, driven by increased hours and the increase in the minimum wage
Public sector earnings have increased the most, by 4.8% nominally, and 2.2% in real terms.
Construction and quarrying was the only sector to see a nominal decrease (-0.2% annually)
