Rugby preseason training has started, and Jersey women are welcoming new players.
They're looking for new players to join them at training, in the hopes they'll eventually join them representing the island!
Women are invited to Jersey Rugby Club on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6.45 pm.
The team says it's a perfect time to try a new skill, find a new hobby, and meet a great group of new friends.
All you need is a water bottle, trainers, and sports gear.
Our reporter Amelia Averis was one of the newbies last night (5 August) and went to their first session back... and loved it.
Captain Georgina Ruellan said it was great to see the team back, as well as about seven new faces on the field:
"I've missed everyone so much!
"I absolutely love the girls, love the community, it's so nice to see smiles on faces.
"This is just preseason, getting fit for the new season and getting the ball in our hands, and having the newbies up to give it a go so they hopefully can join us on some away games.
"We fly away in the morning and come back in the evening. Usually, on Saturday, it's such a great day. And home games - even better, having everyone watch you at the clubhouse - it's amazing.
"It's really lush to have everyone up here again, and new faces.
"The more the merrier, come join, we'd love to have you."
