One of Jersey's last remaining nightclubs 'Havana' has announced it is closing its doors for good.
The popular St Helier spot has been running for 14 years and will be open for the final time on 22 December 2024.
This closure will mean Vittoria (formerly Mimosa), Chambers, The Yacht and The Splash will be the only nightclubs left in the island.
Club owners took to social media to announce it is being 'forced to close', due to 'extensive internal and external building works' in the building as a whole.
A statement reads that all tenants were told they had to 'vacate the building by 24 December'.
It is unclear whether other businesses occupying the building, such as Gracie Barra Jersey Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy have been asked to leave.

This closure follows another St Helier club Rojo shutting down in July this year, due to decreasing footfall and increasing costs.
Havana staff have thanked its loyal customers for the last 14 years of trading:
'We would like to say a huge thank you to our amazing staff for all your hard work!
'We would also like to thank our loyal customers who supported the club throughout the years and kept us going through some difficult times.
'Although we are sad to close our doors, we can’t help but reminisce on the countless memories forged within these walls over the past 14 years.
'Please come in and enjoy the time we have left.
'Hopefully one day we will meet again!'
