A number of roads are closed in St Aubin this afternoon (2 June) as firefighters tackle a blaze in St Aubin.
They include the top of Mont Les Vaux and from Le Haule Hill.
Mont des Longchamps and Market Hill are also shut and there is no access to the lower end of the railway walk.
Crews were called to the village at around 2.45pm as people saw flames coming from the loft of a building behind the Costa Coffee.
Smoke could be seen from Victoria Avenue.

Surrounding homes and businesses were evacuated and firefighters went into the property with breathing apparatus to search the building but no one was in there.
No injuries have been reported.
