A farmer is appealing for information online after she found one of her heifers dead in a field, along with an unknown white substance.
Becky Houzé, known as the Jersey Cowgirl, posted on Facebook about the passing of one of her dairy cows after finding a supposedly fly-tipped pile of powder.
The fourth-generation farmer discovered it over the wall at Oaklands Manor in Victoria Village.
She said she was disappointed to share the news, and asked anyone with any information to message or tell the police.
"Fields are not your dumping grounds! This was found FLY TIPPED over the wall."

The white substance has been sent to the UK to be tested, and the heifer is undergoing a postmortem exam.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact the police on 612612 with the reference 05/02/24/609.
