A date has been set for the Haut du Mont trial.
Three former gas workers accused of gross negligence manslaughter will stand trial from 7 September 2026.
The case against Neil Armstrong (56), Lee Ward (57) and John Wright (59) will heard by a jury.
In addition, it will consider the evidence against Island Energy, which faces two counts of breaching the Health and Safety at Work Law over the fatal blast in December 2022 which killed ten people.

Public sector employer, the States Employment Board has admitted safety failings and will be sentenced once the trial has concluded.
That has provisionally been set for 4 December 2026.
