Police say a car ran over a young boy's foot as he walking to school in St Clement earlier this week.
It's caused some bruising and swelling.
It happened on Rue du Pignon on Tuesday 10 March at around 7:50am.
The force says the road is very narrow and it's possible the driver didn't realise what they'd done - but they still want to speak to them about it.
Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call police on 612612 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
