A driver escaped unhurt after his car crashed and landed on its roof near First Tower last night.
His black Audi hit a parked vehicle outside the Lotus Takeaway at around 11:05pm and came to a rest in the middle of the Inner road carriageway.
A 23-year-old man was arrested at the scene after paramedics checked him over.
Police spoke to several witnesses at the time, but want to hear from anyone else who saw what happened, including anyone with dashcam or video footage.
