British Airways will operate 40 flights a week between Jersey and London from early winter after adding extra Gatwick services.
BA Euroflyer is introducing eight more weekly flights to Gatwick, bringing the total to 19, whilst British Airways maintains its 21 flights a week to Heathrow, from 4 November 2024.
Ports of Jersey claims this will improve connectivity to more than 60 countries including Portugal and the Caribbean.
The updated schedule will mean there will also be multiple daily flights to Heathrow, which offers access to more than 100 holiday destinations with British Airways.

Ports of Jersey’s Chef Executive, Matt Thomas, says these extra flights will boost connectivity for passengers, giving them more choice.
"British Airways will station its aircraft in Jersey overnight for the early morning flights to both Heathrow and Gatwick, allowing customers to select a 7.00 am flight to either destination, based on their final stop or connecting flight.
"We are delighted that British Airways remains committed to serving Jersey through its global hub at Heathrow and is now adding further options for islanders to connect through Gatwick."

Economic Development Minister Deputy Kirsten Morel, says it is 'vitally important' that the island has reliable connections with the rest of the world.
"This is great news and illustrates the good work being done by Ports of Jersey.
"Building our air and sea links not only boosts confidence but also sends a clear message that will encourage investment in both the visitor economy and other sectors."
British Airways will be updating its schedule to accommodate these changes. Passengers who have already booked flights that will be affected will be contacted in the coming days.
