British Airways is experiencing problems with its online check-in system.
Hundreds of flights have been delayed or cancelled across its global network.
That includes the lunchtime services between Jersey and Gatwick.
Images on social media show long queues at some airports and error messages on the airline's app.

The airline has advised people travelling to airports to allow extra time, and Jersey Airport says those booked onto the cancelled flights should contact BA directly by calling 0844 493 0787 or their travel agent.
The services affected are the BA2772 arrival at 13:10hrs and BA2773 departure at 13:55hrs.
