A Curling rink is opening at Rocco's in October.
The winter sport is usually played on ice, and involves the sliding of smooth stones as near to a target as possible, brushing the surface to speed or slow it down.
In the absence of ice here, it will be played on eight bespoke synthetic curling rinks at Rocco's Activity Centre.
The rinks will be part of 'Stones & Steins', a heated 'après-ski' marquee complete with a bar, music and themed photo areas.
It will be open from October to December 2026.
Rocco's say they want to create 'something a little different for Jersey during the colder months - an indoor winter activity that can be enjoyed regardless of the weather.'
