It's that time of year again... A-level results day!
Hundreds of Jersey students are picking up their results and making plans for their next steps - whether that be further studies or the world of work.
Careers advisers from Skills Jersey will be on hand to offer support.
Emma Oxenham, from Skills Jersey, said:
"There's such a build-up over summer to the day, you're with your friends, and you're just waiting, and then it appears, and you're collecting it!
"It's a room full of excitement, anticipation, sadness, and everything in between, but whatever you see on that paper, the grades you get don't define you for the rest of your life.
"You might be really happy with what you see, which is great. We see students all the time who are a bit disappointed.
"You're not on your own with whatever you see, it's not the end of the world, whatever outcome you have."
The overall pass rate for Jersey's A-Level results last year was 98.6%, compared to 97.4% in England.
