The first 60 new homes on the former Samares Nurseries site are almost ready to move into.
Prospective tenants have had a look around Andium Homes' latest development, named Clos Des Patelles.
The social housing provider says 185 people have already expressed an interest in the one, two and three-bedroom properties, which will be allocated through the Affordable Housing Gateway.

Andium's plans for the 200 new homes on the former Samares Nurseries site.
Once finished, the development will have 160 rental homes and 40 that will be sold to first-time buyers.
It's due to be completed next Autumn.
