Three people have been jailed for a combined 16 years and 3 months after a man was bundled into the boot of their car, driven to Pleinmont and seriously assaulted.
The trio - A Falla, J Baker and L Wakeford - were sentenced in the Royal Court today for causing Grievous Bodily Harm and being involved in the supply of controlled drugs.
Two of the three people involved drove the victim out west while the third was also involved in the assault.
The victim was left and had to make his way to a nearby house to seek help.
Guernsey Police say behaviour like this is 'beyond unacceptable' and fortunately, isn't something that happens regularly in the island.
Behaviour like this is beyond unacceptable in our community and, fortunately, is not something that regularly takes place. We are pleased to have helped bring the perpetrators in front of the Courts today.
