Henry Normal, Geoff Norcott and Helen Lederer will all perform at St James, St Peter Port.
Festival organisers say the event is not all about serious subjects.
'Everything and More' is an evening of poetry, storytelling and comedy with Henry Normal.
His work includes co-writer and script editor of The Mrs Merton Show and television sitcom The Royle Family.
Henry founded Baby Cow Productions with Steve Coogan in 1990 and has also been behind shows such as Gavin and Stacey, Red Dwarf and Alan Partridge.
Performances will be at St James next month.
Geoff Norcott is at St James on 2 May with extracts from his book, 'The British Bloke, Decoded'.
The stand-up comedian will dig deep into the value of banter, mansplaining, the near impossibility of getting blokes to send birthday cards.
Absolutely Fabulous star Helen Lederer is in conversation with Jo Durrant.
She is offering an insight into her life as a stand-up comedian and how tough it was to break through as a female comic in the 1980s.
'Not That I'm Bitter' is on from 6pm on 4 May.
