A couple are accused of breaking coronavirus rules on 27 May this year at the Farmhouse Hotel.
34-year-old Aivis Licitis has been charged with breaching self-isolation requirements earlier this year. His partner, 43-year-old Gundega Dremaine, has also been charged with aiding and abetting him.
It comes as after calls from States Deputies to launch an investigation following leaked emails between the Farmhouse Hotel boss and a member of his staff where he suggests the Chief Minister knew about an isolation-breach incident.
Deputy Peter Ferbrache says he doesn't recall any conversations about the incident and would never tell anybody not to comply with restrictions.
The pair will not appear back in court until 13 September to allow them to find representation.
