A new group called Guernsey For Gaza will call for an end to the death of civilians and peace for the territory.
The demonstration will take place at the bottom of Smith Street, St Peter Port, on Saturday 2 December between 3pm and 5pm.
It's understood that it will be static, rather than a march, with demonstrators engaging with passers by.
Organisers, who go under the name Guernsey For Gaza, say it will be a peaceful demonstration and they've met with Police while planning it. There will be a police presence during the event.
Organisers say that anyone can go along. The aim is to raise awareness of the humanitarian situation in Gaza since Israel took retaliatory action for a Hamas raid that killed more than 1,200 Israelis and took hundreds more prisoner. The death toll within Gaza is estimated to be 14,000.
A four day ceasefire brokered by Qatar is coming to an end today (27 November) although both sides have said they would be willing for it to continue, as long as hostages and prisoners continue to be exchanged.
Guernsey For Gaza has only recently formed. The group says it stands for justice, humanity and basic human rights and to send out the message that 'the voice of Guernsey is not solely unequivocally in support of the action applied in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.'
