Islanders can hear from a Michelin starred chef, gardener, musician and novelist during the spring Guernsey Literary Festival.
The 2025 Guernsey Literary Festival will run from 25 April to 4 May.
On 1 May Tom Kerridge will speak at St James.
Tom runs the only two Michelin-stars pub in Britain, has filmed several tv cookery series, and appears on TV cooking programmes, both as an expert demonstrator and competition judge.
He will talk about his career and latest book on BBQs.
On 30 April islanders can hear about the Joy of Plants Every Day from Adam Frost, at St Pierre Park.
The BBC’s Gardener’s World presenter will join an expert panel with Raymond Evison of Guernsey Clematis and Sasha Marsh of The Soil Farm.
Novelist Kit de Waal will be at the Guille Allès Library on 3 May.
She will discuss her award-winning writing career and latest book, The Best of Everything.
Kit will host a memoir-writing workshop at Les Cotils the following day.
Roxanne de Bastion will give a special live performance at St James on 29 April at 8pm.
Her work is inspired by an inherited piano and cassette recordings of her grandfather, Stephen de Bastion, playing one of his compositions.
The Guernsey Literary Festival organisers say they will share more events in the coming weeks.
